Among our newly-developed soldering flux, RT-50 features excellent performance. In consideration of method of hydrochloric acid dilution for the purpose of acid cleaning, which is common in the domestic industry at present, there are lots of inevitable losses, for example, too much acid taken away by copper wire may result in unstable quality, too much solder splash may cause uneven tin soldering, generated acid gas may damage nearby bare copper products, cause occupational injury to workers or even long storage of finished wires may lead to color change. This product is designed for eliminating such kinds of deficiencies.
☆ Reduced oil dirt on the tin surface inside tin bath;
☆ Reduced splashed tin from tin liquid level inside tin bath;
☆ Even thickness of tin coating and much brighter appearance;
☆ Increased water proportion and reduced dosage;
Application
Tinned wires (diameter lower than 0.40mm)
Because different manufacturers may have different production processes and material use conditions, we recommended the following use methods:
☆ Dilution ratio between soldering flux solution and water:
Production specification:
Ø0.03-0.04mm: 1:3-5
Ø0.05-0.09mm: 1:4-6
Ø0.10mm or above: 1:5-7
☆ Deionized water or purified water is required.
☆ Evenly stir after dilution and store in sealing mode.
Note
The soldering flux is a kind of strong acid, shall be properly kept and stored. Upon using or operating, latex gloves shall be worn to avoid direct exposure to body parts. If it is unfortunately touched by hands, skins or eyes, timely flush with cleaning water.
