Product Description
☆ After Hot-tinning copper wires coming out from tin furnace and before entering into pastern axes, absorbing such lubricating oil can isolate thin film from oxide layer;
☆ Add guide shaft liquid on the felt for absorption externally covered by white cloth with two layers; the white cloth shall be properly moist and can not make tin-plating copper wire too greasy;
☆ Do not take excessive grease along with tin-plating copper wires, or else, it may cause blistering and copper leakage upon extruding electric wires;
☆ Wool felt shall be placed after guiding drum to avoid slippage;
