As a kind of semi-synthetic water-soluble thin copper wire drawing liquid, WT-2050 combines German-imported lubricant additive with unique copper antioxidant of the Company, applicable to wire drawing and lubrication for light drawing of copper materials. Its diluted solution is paint yellow transparent emulsion. The distinctive formula can completely solve the problem of poor oxidation resistance for traditional emulsified liquid, avoid oxidized black spot generated on the surface of copper wire; besides, it also features good lubrication making much smoother wire drawing and longer service life of mold, special super-cleaning molecule keeping cone pulley and mold clean and bringing much cleaner and brighter surface of copper wire surface, as well as super-strong cooling performance, which is easily to take heat generated during the process of wire drawing away and thus reduce mold abrasion caused due to thermal friction.

Application
WT-2050 is used for processing lubrication of wire drawing by light drawing of copper materials. Use deionized water for dilution (as for running water, it is recommended to conduct pretreatment), the following working concentration is suggested, it can also be adjusted properly by making use of different processes.
