As a brand-new Japanese Copper Antioxidant, FW-300 ha special effect against copper rust prevention featuring stable performance, good water solubility and little smell. By making use small amount, it is able to improve the resistance to oxidation of copper materials, especially applicable to continuous annealing operation of copper wires, which is considered as the most economical copper rust prevention product.

Note: This Test is to dip copper wire into 0.2% copper rust-prevention solution after polishing it with abrasive paper, take it out after 10 seconds and suspend it in the room for natural exposure, then observe the time for color changing. This test is only for the purpose of comparative assessment.
Application
The product can be used as antirust agent in copper wire and copper alloy industry, especially applicable to rust prevention during continuous annealing operation of copper wires.
Usage: Add deionized water for dilution (1:300-500), if it is required to improve anti-rust performance, properly reduce dilution ratio.
